New Ration Cards in Telangana: Application Process Begins at Meeseva Centers

In addition to offline applications, Meeseva has also introduced online application services, which are now available for the public to access.

With the launch of the new ration card application process, people are flocking to Meeseva centres in large numbers. This has caused a significant increase in foot traffic at these locations, with long lines forming from early morning.

As more people apply for new cards, as well as for changes and additions to existing ration cards, Meeseva centres are becoming increasingly crowded.

The high volume of applicants has started affecting the Meeseva servers. Administrators have mentioned that some servers are down at certain locations, leading to delays in the application process.

Many applicants are growing anxious due to long queues and slower server speeds at the Meeseva centres. They are concerned about the deadline for submitting applications. In response to these concerns, the Civil Supplies Department has issued an important update.

The Civil Supplies Department has confirmed that the submission of ration card applications is an ongoing process, and there is no fixed deadline. Applicants are advised not to rush.

Furthermore, the department clarified that there is no need for people who have already applied through Prajapalana or Gram Sabhas to submit their applications again.

Authorities are currently reviewing the ration card applications received through public administration and Gram Sabhas. New cards will be issued based on the guidelines set by the government.
